At Seirenspa, we provide aesthetic and skincare services including Mindful Glow Sessions, Acne & Skin Correction Treatments, Luxury Hair & Scalp Spa, No-Makeup Skin Minimalism, and Holistic Facial Rituals.
As these are service-based offerings, “delivery” refers to how appointments are scheduled and fulfilled.

Booking & Confirmation

After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Your appointment is considered confirmed only once this confirmation is received and any required payment has been completed.

Service Fulfilment

All services are provided in person at our designated location, unless stated otherwise.
Treatments will be carried out on the scheduled date and time of your appointment.
The duration of each session may vary depending on the selected treatment and individual requirements.

Arrival Guidelines

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may result in:

• Reduced treatment duration
• Rescheduling of the appointment

This helps ensure minimal disruption to other scheduled clients.

Changes & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, subject to availability.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in:

• Full or partial charge of the booked service
