At Seirenspa we offer a range of aesthetic and skincare services, including Mindful Glow Sessions, Acne & Skin Correction Treatments, Luxury Hair & Scalp Spa, No-Makeup Skin Minimalism, and Holistic Facial Rituals.
Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

General Refund Conditions

Once a service has been fully completed, refunds will not be provided.
Treatment results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Deposits & Advance Payments

Deposits used to secure appointments are non-refundable.
However:

• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed notice period
• Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or failure to attend

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The appointment is cancelled within the permitted notice period and no rescheduling is requested
• The service cannot be delivered by us due to unforeseen circumstances
• A duplicate or incorrect payment has been made

All refund requests are subject to approval.

Health & Skin Reactions

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and skin concerns prior to treatment.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions where full disclosure was not provided.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results or reactions unless they are determined to result from negligence.

Suitability of Service

If a treatment is found to be unsuitable during consultation (before it is carried out), we may:

• Recommend an alternative treatment
• Provide a credit or refund at our discretion

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or cancelled
• Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refunds
